Finding your hair inspo for your special day can be overwhelming so we have prepared a little list of things that can help you select your dream bridal hair.

 

1. When looking for your wedding style its important to find images that are similar to your own hair. Different hair types and colours will have a completely different outcome and finish.

Here are some helpful things to look out for when finding your inspo photos

• Look for images with the same or similar hair colour

• Similar length/cut e.g. fringe,layers, bangs etc

• Same or similar hair types, use keywords in your search e.g. fine/thick hair up styles’  will help

 
 

2. If you have fallen in love with a style that is different from your current hair, it may be required to make some adjustments to your own hair to achieve similar results. Please chat with us about what would be needed and together we can make a hair plan. Please be aware that it may be required for you to have your hair coloured, cut or add extensions for us to create something as close to your inspiration as possible.

 
 

3. If you are uncomfortable with changing or adjusting your hair for your bridal inspo we will do our best to guide you through selecting something achievable and just as beautiful that suits your current hair.

 
 

4. If extensions are something that you are needing please talk to us. Its super important that you are purchasing 100% human hair from a reputable brand. If the hair is synthetic it will melt and may not be able to be styled on the day. We can colour match and supply clip in extensions for you in the salon. We supply Jadore and Showpony extensions.

 

Keratin bond extensions are another more permanent low maintenance option if you are wanting long hair to last beyond your wedding day and throughout your honeymoon with little maintenance.

 
 

5. If you have a Veil or any hairpieces or accessories it is important that you bring these to your trial appointment so we can ensure that clips or attachments will work and hold with your chosen hairstyle.
